The staff was helpful, the bed was comfortable. Very clean unit. In the evening we visited Iffley Blue, set so close to the hotel. Besides, free Wi Fi is a bonus.

It is located in a residential area. You can have a buffet breakfast in the dining room. We were surprised by the garden too. Interesting place for exploring Oxford...

A great selection of restaurants to eat close by, like Annora that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Even the London Luton airport was not so far. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose hawkwell house. Perfect place for city break in Oxford.
